subtitle SMARTTV BGH

i have a SMART TV BGH 32" BLE3213RT and i install servviio to watch movies in my smart tv. By the DLNA i can watch the movies but i can´t see the subtitles in spanish. I watch the films in mkv format and i tried to select the show subtitles and extract the subtitles from the video but it doesn´t work. In name of the device is "Unrecognize device" and profile "Generic DNLA profile". The TV doesn´t support the subtitles option ?????
