Serviio Console Setup

I downloaded on 11 July and have had no luck in attempting to set it up. My Laptop is an E-System 3085, 1528mb Ram, 1.46 ghz Celeron Processor, GMA 945 Chipset graphics, Running DirectX9, My Internet download speed is 100.0mpbs Upload is usually 10% of this. Also my ps3 is running the most recent firmware 4.60. I originally download Serviio because i have been struggling to watch some twitch streams because some channels use high bit rates and upload in 720p or higher. So after reading that Serviio was able to sent live streams to Playstation 3 i thought i'd try it out. But i can't seem to get it to work on the Laptop and i don't seem to be able to send anything to the ps3. I had been following the instructions of 3 Youtube video's but this does not work euther or the video creator did not include all relevent information. Could someone please assist me with setup of the console. If any addition info is needed about my Laptop please ask.
