New Update not updating my library

Hi Guys

I have done the update to the new web console and it now doesn't update my library.

I have 5k video files and added a few more the other day and it didn't update, I checked the files and it was just a .avi files.

I thought I might do a fresh install so I uninstalled serviio and reinstalled it.

Now it can only find 2K of my video files.

I'm not sure what's happened here but if any one has any ideas please let me know.
