Help! Upgraded to 1.7.1.1

Hi Serviio community. Been long time user runing Mac OS 10.8.4 and Serviio 1.4.1. Upgrade to 1.7.1.1 and Serviio wasn't seeing all of my movies. Deleted, reinstalled, its still not seeing some movie files. Any ideas where to start? thanks. David
