Can't Add to library folders with Cyrillic

I add d:\downloads\музыка
any cyrrilic folders - are error!
The previous old concole had no errors.

I've seen the issue on bitbucket, I just wonder if you have considered with other language while fixing this issue.
Hopefully version 1.9 will be released soon
