Files/Folders

I've used Serviio for many years, normally when I download a TV show that downloads into a folder due to several files, I copy the TV show to my folder that Serviio reads, this has always worked and I can see the individual file on my TV. I had to reset my PC and reinstall Serviio recently, now when I download and copy the single file it doesn't show on my TV, the original folder is there with the files in but when the single file is copied out of the folder it doesn't show? Has the way Serviio show files/folders changed recently or there a setting I'm missing? - thank you
