Upgraded to latest Serviio and now it can't see my network

Hoping you will be able to help me

We have been using Serviio now for a few years and think its great.
We have a Sony Bravia tv which unfortunately doesn't keep files in folder or order
so serviio is fantastic and is a must in that it puts everything in the files we have made on our Seagate 4TB hard drive.
The hard drive is connected to our BT Home Hub

We recently renewed our broadband and BT sent us the new home hub.  We connected everything and also
downloaded the latest version of Serviio. Our Seagate is connected to the hub with an Ethernet cable.

But now Serviio cannot see our network where the hard drive is connected. I go to Shared Library and Add but it
cannot see my network or the Seagate on the network where my files are stored.

Any ideas please

Re: Upgraded to latest Serviio and now it can't see my netwo

Mine is local but I would assume if you put the ip address instead of the computer name into serviio console it will work.

Such as

//BobJenkins/Share

gets replaced with

//192.168.7.101/Share

something like that.

No one here on serviio knows what bt is or what a bt home hub is, I assume this is some sort of router with usb share?

I had one of those once and it corrupted my files. Mine was linksys and the router hardware can't handle it and turned my movies into hidden folders of the same name I couldn't delete, had to get recover software to rescue them.

Computer or nas is better imo.

Someone else should weight in I am just guessing but I bet your path is wrong.
