External caption still not working for Oppo 205.

having issues with new HTML5 remote viewer in new v1.9 . Not working either over web or on mediabrowser localhost.
Message Im getting on clicking play triangle button after a few seconds is 'hlsjs: Video file not found"
BTW I have transcoding off .. have updated java to latest v8. All other web interface functions seem to be working OK up to this play point.
Installing upgrade fm 1.8 seemed to go well without faults .
Any ideas?

2nd edit - problem sorted was a file source perm issue.. I run the service under other non- std credentials and the install stuffs it every time .. modified it and , BAM

As I wrote in Oppo 205, external caption does not work.
To remove the doubt, I tested with oShareUI software.
The Oppo 205 worked perfectly with external legend.

Why does not it work with Serviio?

You will have to provide detail logs of playing the file in Serviio and ideally Wireshark capture when starting the file using the other software to compare.

I am not using a PC, I am using a player Oppo 205.
It simply doesn't carry the outer caption.
With this program, oshare, that is very simple, it works perfectly in Oppo 205.

I don't know what's going on, I'll leave the program link that is freeware so you can analyze.
