Subtitle unreadable in MedisBrowser while readable on TV

I have Serviio v1.9 installed on Windows 10 Pro. Currently the issue is that non-English subtitles in Unicode or UTF-8 srt file can be displayed on my Samsung H-Series TV perfectly, but it is not readable characters displayed in MediaBrowser. If I save the subtitle srt file as ANSI format, it's readable in MediaBrowser but turns to unreadable characters on my TV.

I was wondering if there is any way to make the non-English subtitle works in both Samsung H TV and MediaBrowser?

BTW not sure if it matters, I have to disable Transcoding as it doesn't work correctly on my Samsung H-Series TV (no subtitle, wrong length time, sometimes failed loading, etc.)

Re: Subtitle unreadable in MedisBrowser while readable on TV

Can you create a ticket on bitbucket and attach the subtitle file there? The one that doesn't work in MediaBrowser. Also do you have any encoding settings on the subtitles tab in console?
