Hi,

since upgrade to 1.9 i cannot stream MKV Content to my Samsung TVs...

Samsung Reports "MediaFormat not supported"

checked the Profile settings and they are correct for my TVs,
before starting to play around - any advice or is this maybe soemthing known but i searched for the wrong Keywords in the Forum ?

hmmm,

downgraded to 1.8 again, same issue
checked serviigo on my Android, same issue - i don´t have a clue what to check next - any Help appreciated. serviggo uses vlc as player, it simply times out and jumps back to serviigo...

Well, solved it.

Checked debug logs, accessing the mkv file reported a permissiond enied (the files are located on a Network share)

= checked credentials for serviio Service in services.msc => during upgrade the credentials were resetted to Local System and heence Access to Network share failed.

=> issue solved by changing logon credentials for serviio Service with a proper accont.
