CCTV_Camera_Feed

Hi all,
I am all new to these forums so apologies if I have placed this
Request for help in the wrong place. My question is:
I have a Savvypixel 4mp turet CCTV camera .
its internal hardware appears to be Hikvision.
I have it installed and working.
I can connect to the cameras video using VLC Media player using the settings
rtsp://UserName:Password@192.168.0.55:5 ... annels/101
works great!
When I run Serviio and go to Library /Online Source
Source type: Live Stream
Sources URL: rtsp://UserName:Password@192.168.0.55:5 ... annels/101
Then click on Check Stream URL I get a window “The Stream URL is valid and currently available"
After I click OK and then click on save. It is not saved the mouse pointer stays with a circle and a line through it.
My video feed is not added to the list of Status connected to Serviio.
Can anyone offer me a solution to this please ?
As a last point I do have Serviio up a running correctly.
I have it feeding Films to my TV set from my pc, its sees all the laptops .pc ,other media servers ,playstations the lot. Except my CCTV camera.
