playlist not visible

I'm using serviio 2.0 on linux. I have working playlists for my audio and today I created new playlists that have the same format as the original ones. The file access permissions of original and new lists are the same and they are in the same location and part of the path that is being shared. In the serviio log I can see them being added but they do not become visible in the playlist option within audio. I tried 3 clients but none of them show the newly created playlists. I'm not sure why this is so hoping that someone might be able to help with this.
Re: playlist not visible
What is your playlist format? I use both .pls and .m3u playlists without issue.

Re: playlist not visible
I'm using m3u, generating them myself through a bash script. They have the following format
#EXTM3U
#EXTINF:258,U2 - 01_-_New Years Day
/data/MultiMedia/Mp3/U2/GreatestHits/01_-_New Years Day.mp3
#EXTINF:230,U2 - 02_-_Pride
/data/MultiMedia/Mp3/U2/GreatestHits/02_-_Pride.mp3
#EXTM6U
I tried a few changes but all result in no playlist becoming visible in the client even though serviio log tells me it has added the playlist
[PlaylistFileIndexer] Added playlist 'U2-renameAgain2.m3u' (title: U2-renameAgain2) to Library
#EXTM3U
#EXTINF:258,U2 - 01_-_New Years Day
/data/MultiMedia/Mp3/U2/GreatestHits/01_-_New Years Day.mp3
#EXTINF:230,U2 - 02_-_Pride
/data/MultiMedia/Mp3/U2/GreatestHits/02_-_Pride.mp3
#EXTM6U

Here's an example of an m3u playlist that works fine for me. Maybe you can spot something different between the two.

Re: playlist not visible
Thank you, I played around a little with it but that did not solve it.
Somehow I decided to switch from manual to automatic refresh of the library and that did the trick. It seems that when I have it on manual and do press the force refresh button the playlists do not become visible in the client but the moment I switch to automatic refresh it does. Not sure why, it might be a bug somehow.
