Unable to retrieve metadata from TMDB

I have 2 files that I can't get added to the library. They are named exactly as they are on www.themoviedb.org.
I have added the year and the IMDb ID in the filename with no luck.

The files are:

11-11-11 - (2011) (tt1712159).MP4
Lt. Robin Crusoe U.S.N. (1966) (tt0060640).MP4

Thanks for any assistance. Still waiting for that embedded metadata extractor ;)

Re: Unable to retrieve metadata from TMDB

When you are using the IMDB tag, I don't believe the year is necessary. That might be confusing the algorithm. http://wiki.serviio.org/doku.php?id=imb ... ata_naming

Re: Unable to retrieve metadata from TMDB

I got Lt. Robin Crusoe U.S.N. to add ,but not the movie 11-11-11.

I tried 11-11-11 (tt1712159) as my file name as well.

Does anyone know if Serviio uses TMDB's alternative tiles also? I don't believe so as I tried those as well. Though it might help in this situation.

Re: Unable to retrieve metadata from TMDB

Since you're using the tt number, I wouldn't think the name is as important. I checked both themoviedb and imdb, and they both agree with the title name as you have. I'm out of town right now, but when I return home I'll make a dummy file and use my file naming program to see if it identifies it differently, or offers any alternate name. then I'll see if my Serviio recognizes it.

Re: Unable to retrieve metadata from TMDB

If you remove the dashes you should be fine - "111111 [tt1712159].mkv" worked for me.
