Error with H.265 video

I successfully ripped my first UHD Blu Ray today, and added it to my Serviio library. However, when playing back on three different Roku players, I encountered a playback error after about 4 minutes. The profile used did not require any transcoding, so the following entry in the log is puzzling. It looks like whatever process was running was well ahead of the movie, since the timestamp appears to be 41 minutes into the movie:

  Code:
2018-03-24 15:25:22,502 INFO  [PlaybackEventsManager] Playback of media item 6014 (Close Encounters of the Third Kind [Close Encounters of the Third Kind (1977) (UHD).mkv]) has started at 0% on Identifier=192.168.0.53, Profile=Roku 4K TV, Name=Upstairs Den TV
2018-03-24 15:29:27,125 WARN  [ProcessExecutor] Process cmd has a return code of 1! This is a possible error. Detailed output follows.

I don't know what cmd is being called, but Zip probably does. I can play the same video with my Samsung DLNA player app in my TV well beyond where it crashes here (haven't played the entire movie yet). The video is of course H.265 with HDR and DTS MA audio. The Roku passes the DTS core without requiring any transcoding. Also, I can play the same video without issue using Plex, so I wouldn't think there was an issue with the file itself. Both TVs capable of displaying HDR recognized the flag and enabled HDR.

Re: error with H.265 video

Update: I tried using the generic profile to ensure it wasn't something in the profile messing with it, but no change. I've just finished remuxing the file using TSMuxer into an M2TS container, so now I'll test that.

Re: error with H.265 video

Update 2: the .TS file seems to play without error. However, I am encountering issues with stuttering with my Roku TV. I think the issue is I'm max-ing out the 100BaseT network connection with this full UHD rip. Since my test server is Windows 7, the Task Manager only shows network activity as a percentage of the network card's speed. So for my gigabit network, I'm seeing steady bitrates around 70-80 Mbps, with peaks exceeding 100 Mbps. Since no Roku player has a gigabit wired network adapter, it appears I'm bumping the ceiling.

Another strange issue. My Roku 4 only shows the initial MKV rip, not the .TS or .M2TS remuxed files. The Ultra exhibits the same issue as the 4. Since the Roku 4 supports UHD, and it's using almost the same profile as the Roku TV, I'm unsure why they aren't appearing. Before I contact the Roku engineer that helped me with the profiles, I'll try the exact same profile, just to be sure.

EDIT: The Ultra and 4 are the same: only the MKV file is visible. The Sharp TV is the only player that sees all three. If I change the 4 to the 1080 profile, all three appear, but will be transcoded, which isn't necessary.
