strange subtile and setobox problem

To look tv in mij country we need a setobox to look tv.
The tv is a phlips 32FL5007H/12
And have problem with one film dirty dancing havan nights.
When i not use the setobox to look to the film i can read the subtiles
By using the setobox i can't read the subtiles are too low on the screen
ond on the sony tv with the same type of setobox it is ok.
