Sharp Aquos TV

Hello!
I'm very new to this, I have a Sharp TV it's fairly new only purchased last November.
If I access Serviio via the media server from my TV a lot of files do not play.
It appears that mpg files are ok, but a lot of mp4 files are not.
The message is "Unsupported file! press any key to continue"
I have set the DLNA profile to Sharp.
Is there a particular format I need to watch these files.
Some mp4 files do play however.
Am I missing something, like I need an app to access Serviio and not the TV media port.

Please provide the model number of the TV, so we can determine what media the TV is supposed to support. Also, please provide the codec information for both a file that plays and one that doesn't. See my sig line for help with getting the codec information.
