Serviio does not start

Hello, since last Syno Update Serviio does not start :-( I already created a post in NAS install problems category, sorry for repost but maybe there is someone out there reading this post. Servvio gives me my daily entertain- and go-to-sleep-dose so without it I'm going to get crazy :-D

I'm using Serviio Pro long time on Syno DS916 but since todays Syno DSM Update Serviio permanently is "stopped". Clicking "Run" does not help.

Servvio version installed: 1.9.2-0035
DSM version: 6.2-23739 Update 2
Java version: 1.8.0_171-0047

Tried to reinstall Serviio without any change. Is this an actual problem?

Re: Serviio does not start

If you attach a copy of the log we can see what error is showing for a start failure.

Thanks for your help but what log do you need? Where can I get/record it? In Synoy protocol center there are no entries when trying to start serviio.

Not 100% certain where you will find Serviio installed on your NAS, but once you find the install location there will be a serviio.log file in the Log folder. This of course means needing file level access to your NAS. I have no idea how that is accomplished on your device. Some have a user interface, while others require logging in remotely with something like Putty.

Accessing Syno via telnet is no problem but where to find a log from which anyone could read what happens when trying to start Servvio App from DSM??
