video set-up

hello!
I'm having a problem with videos.
I render my videos with Adobe Premiere Elements 15 as mp4's.
However Serviio will not decode them showing them as "Unsupported file type".
Jpg and Audio files seem to work ok.
Any ideas please?

See the link in my sig line for assistance providing the media information about your files. Just saying they are MP4 is unfortunately not detailed enough to help troubleshoot.

https://software.intel.com/en-us/articl ... load-tools

That link worked for me. But I have to say that Intel hasn't updated the tools for years, so I wouldn't be surprised if they disappear sometime.

I forgot to ask what sort of player you're using that can't play your media. From what you've posted, they appear to be something that most players should support.
