Alexa Skill User credentials

Hi folks, I am having difficulty in linking an alexa skill. I am running the latest version of Serviio (downloaded and installed today). I have media browser and console access. I have opened up the ports and have green checkmarks on both the insecure and secure connectivity checks in the Remote tab. when attempting to link the Alexa Skill, I am using the Serviio ID on the main page and the User ID and Password that I created on the User tab and am successfully logged in with. I have attempted to make the Alexa connection three times and no dice. The error message is: "We were unable to link Serviio at this time."

Do you have the Pro license? The 14 day trial is not enough.

Yes. I purchased the Pro version and applied the license.

Can you PM me your serviioId and try again to log in and tell me the timestamp of your atempt?

also, I think some users had issues with logging in when used capital letters in the username/password. Try changing it all to lowercase.

I tried lower case and it still doesn't work. Any other ideas. I can log into the media browser and have the green check marks on the remote. I have Pro as well. IDuFJlStWyAK

I am having the same problem and given the One Star rating of this Alexa Skill I was wanting to check out how well it worked before buying the licence. Is there anyway of doing this? I have used Serviio via other platforms and it performed well and was easier to use than Plex so I'm keen to try this out via my Echo and once I'm happy buy a licence. Please advise

Every time Serviio is installed/updated, you get a 15-day trial of the Pro version. I am not certain if you reinstall the same version if you get the trial.
