new router

I bought the pro-Serviio and it has being working fine but yesterday I bought a new router TP-Link AXE5400 Tri-Band WiFi 6E Router (Archer AXE75)-and serviio stop working. Please help me to fix this problem. My smart Sansung TV and my Roku are not able to bring up the program. I click the "check connectivity status" and it says: insecure connectivity status a (red X) Secure connectivity status (red X).

Re: new router

Are you referring to devices inside your home network no longer seeing Serviio, or it's not available outside your network when it was previously?

The connectivity status check is for access outside your home network. It reports nothing inside your network. Since the problem began with replacing the router, then that is where the issue lies. Odds are your new router has a security setting that blocks connected devices from seeing other devices on the network. That setting must be turned off for Serviio to be visible. If your devices are connected via WiFi, that is almost assuredly the issue, and that security setting will be somewhere in the WiFi radio settings.

Re: new router

Thank you for your prompt response. I will look for someone to help go through the set up system of the router and turn on or off what need to the set.
