An unexpected error occurred (500)

I have pro version 2.3 on my PC, windows 10
I have this message after I click save to shared folders, at the moment I cannot change there anything.

I attached log file.

I'm not seeing an error message. Did you forget to attach another document, or enter what the message said?

I run the program again, got error message, and then I attached the file (below). Maybe it is other file from /log folder as I have serviio.log.5 to serviio.log.1 and derby.log ?

My apologies. I thought you meant you received an error message on the computer, not within the Serviio log. You attached the correct log. I have seen this type of error message before, and it's always been something in the codecs used. So we would need to see the codecs within your MP4 container. See the link in my sig line for getting that information.
