Roku Media Player doesn't show all files

I ripped a 4 DVD box set of a series to m4v files. In total, 17 files. Serviio shows them in the console but when I go into roku media player, it only shows 6 files in folder, movies, whatever. They were all ripped at the same time with the same settings and often from the same DVD but I only get these 4. I converted one to an mkv file and it then showed up but then I did a second one and it's not showing up nor the third I tried. I changed the profile and tried all the Roku profiles but to no avail.

Help needed, I am at the end of my knowledge on the subject!

Could you post the media information for a file that does appear, and one that does not? I don't use M4V for any of my videos. Most are MKV, but some MP4, AVI, MPG and TS/M2TS files are there as well. They all appear on my Roku devices.

Have you looked in your Serviio log to see if it's reporting any scan errors?

I know it would be a bit of work to redo them, but I recommend using MakeMKV for your ripping. The MKV container is well supported and can hold any codec.
