Serviio not finding all files

Any suggestsions why Serviio is not finding all my files? They are just JPG files.

My setup is as follows:

Under shared folders I have 4 folders:
c:\Users\Roger\Pictures\User1
c:\Users\Roger\Pictures\User2
c:\Users\Roger\Pictures\User3
c:\Users\Roger\Pictures\User4

All 4 users are setup the same, with photos and refresh options ticked.

Under each of the sub folders I split the photos up into years and then sub folders for each album.

For User2 I have recently added a new 2012 subfolder and additional folders below. These are all visible on Serviio after a library refresh.

For User4 I have tried the same but for some reason it won't find my new sub folder 2012.

I tried deleting User4 and later re-adding User4 but again it finds all the previous years upto 2011 but then appears to stop.

I checked the log file and there are no error messages in there.

Other that uninstalling Serviio and removing all databases and starting again any suggestions of things I can try please?

Add photos in the folder a couple at a time. There is a problem where serviio will hang when it finds certain picture information. Usually it is a landscape photo.

Ok, I have found a file that does not load.

I have created a directory with just 5 files. Serviio finds the first 2 files, but then seems to get stuck on the 3rd file and never finds the 4th and 5th files.

It then doesn't return the "DEBUG [ImageUtils] Returning resized image" which is expected next.

I have increased memory to 512m in ServiioService.exe.vmoptions and the files you sent me worked (you will have to restart the service or PC for the change to take effect)

This is strange. I tried the change 2 days ago and it didn't work, but I tried it again yesterday after you posted with the file in a separate folder and it worked ok.

I have now put the file back into the folder with the other files and it has failed again. I have uninstalled Serviio and installed again and left it running over night to build the library up, but it stopped on the same file again.

I have since done a force refresh and again it has stopped on the same file again.

The ServiioService.exe.vmoptions file is set to "-Xmx512m".
