Metadata priority
I've been struggling with metadata for a TV-series. All normal episodes are correctly identified using "Online metadata sources", but I also have some extra material that I would like to present alongside those episodes and most of it can not be handled as "specials".
Reading the wiki I was given the impression that I could just supply .nfo-files for the additional files and that everything else would be picked up by the same method as before, but this doesn't seem to work. Either I use the "online" method and only the regular episodes are identified or I use the "XBMC" method and only the material with .nfo-files is identified.
Since the overwhelming majority of my material is sufficiently well handled using the "online" method I was hoping to avoid messing around with .nfo-files for the whole library just to pick up some stray files.
Any ideas?
