Live streaming over DLNA

Hello everybody,

We have a lot of DLNA Television. We would transport a video signal over the DLNA protocol.
All work perfect for static files in any format/codec.

But we must capture a camera signal by a capture card.
It's possible to stream the signal to DLNA without create a temporary file localy and view on TV the live signal ? ( Video signal 24h/24 7d/7 save in temp file ... impossible ).

Sorry for my bad english.
Thank's a lot.

Sebastian

you can capture the camera stream in VLC and then use VLC to stream it on the network again. Then add the VLC's stream address as a live stream in Serviio

Thank You for your help.

I have succeeded with VLC. A few settings to accept the correct Codec and Container for TV DNLA communication.

Before I would build it with "ffserver". But the transcode make allays a temporary file and unstable.
Any experience with FFMPEG and FFSERVER ?

Serviio is such a nice project !

Thx
