Ubuntu 12.04 64 bit Unknown job: serviio
I installed yesterday following the wiki .
I created the serviio.conf file and it won't auto start.
What is really weird is if I cd to my home directory (it's where it installed) /serviio-1.1/bin folder and run ./serviio.sh nothing happens.
If I click the file and choose run I can get it and the console to work sort of.
If I try to get the status of serviio the terminal prints ( Unknown Job: serviio)
I chmod -ed 777 the whole directory and all the files.
I can see it listing 2 videos from my win 7 PC and I can play them.
I added 3 rtsp streams all 3 play on VLC and all 3 gave the green check when I tested them. But they don't show up when I browse.
I get a blank page when I try localhost:8895 in firefox.
And
Serviio sees my WDTV LIve player But my player does not list serviio as a media server any where.
Thanks for any help.
