User defined Genres

Is it possible to edit the different genres that Serviio automatically shows ?

For my use many of the build in Genres out of the box is pretty useless,
and I would like to create my own ones, eg.

If i just wanted to have 3 genres listed
-Family
-Work
-Kids

Is that possible ?

Re: User defined Genres

You could make custom xbmc nfo files for each one. But you then could not use online metadata at the same time.

Re: User defined Genres

What I was looking for is that Serviio would just read the standard Genre meta tag of the files, and create a new genre if it doesn't know it.
I get that the genres built in is pre configured, but would be nice if you could turn them on/off in the console.
and then if i have some home movie files tagged as eg "Kids", "Kids & Mom" etc.. it would just show those on the player

Re: User defined Genres

They are not preconfigured, they are read from the file metadata. Serviio doesn't support embedded video metadata though.
