Serviio wont start after first use just an error

I checked the forums but i couldnt find anything that has fixed my problem. I am trying to install Serviio so i can get it working with my ps3 to watch twitch tv hulu youtube. I have tried 1.2 as well as 1.1 keep getting the errors after first use after fresh install. I have tried Java 6 32 64 and java 7 for the hell of it. I am just wondering if i am doing something wrong thanks for any help in advance.

using Windows 7 btw if that helps at all. Error i get Cannot connect to Serviio server it does not seem to be running.

I saw the method for the offline install of java because of the update 15 issue but now its Java 7 update 17 not sure if that screwed up anything with the client.

Hmm got it to start up after a restart seems that if i close it i cant get it to start up again unless i restart and then it just starts up with windows but now i have another problem with getting my streaming to work with the ps3.
