Shutdown of Mac OS X 10.11 with Serviio 1.4.1.2

during shutdown process of my iMac, got a popup saying Serviio is blocking the shutdown.
Need to force manually the serviio process or stop it with the console.

is there a way to avoid this intermediate step ?

I should not ask a second question, but version 1.5 was not working on OS X El Capitan (10.11)
