Serviio

Just bought the Servo pro license but it will not load.

Gives a message "provided license file is not valid".

Need some advice please what to do now. Tried several times to load it in but get the same message.

Check the system date on the machine running Serviio

Monday 1st February 2016. I thought that at first it might be the date but it is correct.
