Just bought pro and upgraded to 1.7, have a couple of issues

First of all, I really like the interface and the polished UI experience overall, so I bought the pro app.

My Setup:
I have it running on my Mac Pro serving content to my Sony android TVs that I have Vlc and serviigo installed on.

Issue 1 - Subtitles:

I signed up to the open subtitles website and put my credentials into serviio and set it to hardcode them into the stream. Serviio and Serviigo recognize the videos and pull associated information about the files but no subtitles appear.

Is there a way I can preview the videos and make sure it was able to find the subtitles on the computer to make sure it is working?

Issue 2 - Serviigo ads:

This is a minor one, but the serviigo app on the tv has ads, I was under the impression that if I was a pro user I could use the serviigo apps ad free.

Thanks for any help in advance!!!

Did you also enter a (list of) language code(s) on the Language tab in the console? Otherwise it doesn't know which one to get.

I'm not sure, but I think you might have to get ServiiGo Pro as well (it's a 3rd party app)

1:
I added "English" do I need to add multiple codes and it will try to match any of the codes to it?

2:
Oh, ok. I will see about that app then. It isn't quite as polished as Serviio, so maybe I won't pay for it.
