Downgrade to 25fps

Hi, most of my video are recorded in 50fps HD. However I have few devices that do not support 50fps. Can I set somehow in settings so that transcoding downgrades them to 25fps?

I see settings for bitrate, but not framerate. FFMPEG supports it, but I don't think Serviio has implemented it. Zip can answer for sure.
