Cannot resolve DLNA format profile

I am getting “Cannot resolve DLNA format profile of the original file: I Am Love (2009).m2ts” On a Blu ray rip which format is detailed below.

Can you tell what is not DLNA compliant in there

I see it says Max analysed duration reached, could it be it is not reading the whole file? The file is 33Gb.

One other interesting thing, is I ripped another Blu Ray which was also an h264 AVC in an m2ts container, and had the same dlna error, I then re did the Rip of the same h264 AVC stream but into an mkv container, and it does not give the error.
