What are your subtitle settings in Serviio Console (Delivery, Subtitles)?
Are you running wired or wifi?

Stuttering is often the hardest thing to work through.

I'm running wired via PLC (500 Mo/s)

If it's not enough I could give you screen shots.

Just to know, this video is running fine with vlc on the pc serviio server (codecs needed on it) and with wifi on Sony Xperia M2 and samsung galaxy tab 3 (servigo+mx player codecs neddeed on it).

The generic DLNA profile doesn't transcode any files. This file is being presented to your Livebox natively.

The problem is that (I believe) this file should be able to be played natively. There is something about this particular file that the Livebox doesn't like. So we could:

1. Have Serviio transcode this type of file and it would likely fix the issue. The problem is that in doing so you will likely end up transcoding a whole lot of MKV files that don't need to be transcoded (and this can then lead to issues with fast forwarding, rewinding, etc). If you want to test this try setting the profile to the "Panasonic BD player" profile - this will transcode all MKVfiles (and a whole lot of other stuff you dont need, so this is only a test).
2. Manually re-encode or remux this file using something like XMedia Recode

Which path you take depends on whether this problem is across multiple files, or just this one. If it's only one, its probably something in the encoding of this file and I'd re-encode it. If it's multiple, then we need to develop a profile specific for your Livebox.

This file is not the oly one that doesn't work, but I deleted others, I try to find them again and tell you.

Test of transcoding by profile "panasonic bd player" result :
Screen is not well sized (smaller)
Work one minute only then loose audio and video begin struttering.

For re ending or remux, just let me know if I "convert" or not, if yes in what (avi, mkv, ...) ? I'll try and tell you back.

Sorry about the delay.
To try remuxing use ffmpeg that came with your Serviio version - from the command line prompt run (assuming you're on Windows):

"C:\Program Files\Serviio\lib\ffmpeg.exe" -i "filename.mkv" -c copy -map 0 "newfilename.mkv"

and try to play the newfile. For re-encoding download a tool like XMedia Recode. It's reasonably intuitive, but if not, there is a forum on the web that can assist.
