Audio channel // Codec not supported

Hello!

I have an issue. When I playback a *.mkv movie through Serviio on the
Samsung C652 the sound is from the second channel and it plays german
audio, while I play it on my mac on Vlc player it plays in english.

I also have an issue playing just one *.mkv movie, on my tv it says
that the codec it's not supported. If you need more details let me
know.

Thank for your help,
Gregor

If the mkv movie is delivered in native format, Samsung device could see all audio track, so select in the TV menu the proper audio track
If the mkv movie is transcoded, serviio delivered only the first audio track.
You can use mkvmerge tools to remove no needed audio track.

Could you provide movies information with "ffmpeg -i" result and MediaInfo tool (see signature link)?

AVC is H264, so it's supported

Maybe the samsung is like my Panasonic tv and doesn't support DTS audio? Then you need to setup a transcoding rule to convert DTS audio to something else (I use ac3).

No, it supports Dolby and DTS, so that's not the issue. Well, anyone?
