Samsung C/D/E profile correction
I originally reported the need to include maxVBitrate="20000" when transcoding to targetVCodec="mpeg2video".
I have now retested the sample files whose transcodes would not play without this parameter, and they now play correctly using "sameq" without using maxVBitrate. I assume either a firmware or 1.0 change fixed it.
