QNAP - Serviio 64bit - Library Issues

I'm on latest Serviio on QNAP TVS-871.
1. My library is not updating. Tried restarting QNAP and Serviio. no luck.
2. when it did scan it doubled up the library. There is only one episode but it showing twice in my Serviio DB.
3. On occasion it flashed up thats its found a new movie... but it always flashed with the same movie. even though new movies /series have been added.
4. Mediamanager i can't log in. It says says incorrect password.. , I have changed the password.. with serviio stopped and with it running, but still can't log in.
Can someone please advise on how to resolve the above issues?

TVS-871 using Serviio/Mediabrowser (1.5Rev1) on IPad, Iphone, Android Phone , Samsung TV's , OTT MXQ M10 TV Box, PS4 and Xbox.
