Unfortunately, you can only see the logs if you have access to the Serviio install location, which usually means from the computer that Serviio is installed on. If it's a Linux box or a NAS, you can usually use something like SSH to access the install folders, but with Windows you'd have to share the install location, and that's not an easy task for someone who isn't comfortable messing with folder sharing and permissions setting.
