They haven't removed home networks, they simply removed the HomeGroup function. That in and of itself should have no impact on Serviio. I have 1803 on my main Serviio PC with no issue. However, I have heard of Microsoft updates changing the firewall settings and blocking Serviio. The fastest way to restore the firewall settings is to reinstall Serviio. If you just install over the top you retain all of your settings, so everything should work as expected. If that doesn't resolve the issue, then we'll have to dig into your Serviio log and most likely your firewall settings. I am of course assuming that Serviio itself is still running on your computer. Can you confirm the Serviio service is running? Right-click on the taskbar, select Task Manager. Once it opens, you may need to click More Details. Click on the Services tab and scroll down to Serviio and ensure it shows as running in the status column.
