Cannot play mp4 H264 on my C7000

hi, i tried to find already in the forum some solution for my problem but i didn't find it yet so i posted a new tread ( sorry if the problem was already mentioned in some other tread )
i have a lot of MP4 H264 (AAC) but i can't play them with my C7000 ( also with WD TV LIVE ) i'm using serviio 0.5.2 ( the last version i think ) before using serviio i used windows mediaplayer ( but i changed cause i can't see MKV files with mediaplayer server ) but when i used mediaplayer I could see perfectly mp4 h264 videos but now with serviio is not possible, any ideas how can i fix the problem?

Are you using the right (Samsung C/D) profile?

Sorry for the late answer.. yes i use the right profile ( right now only for my mp4 h264 files i still use media player server ) but i hope in the next update of serviio u guys will fix this prob

without more info on the files that wont play then zip wont be able to fix this.

please post ffmpeg -i and mediainfo information on files that wont play ( howto in signiture )
