Samsung BD-F5100 won't play MKV audio

I'm having a little trouble with something rather weird. It's an MKV container with Ogg audio - but Servio doesn't seem to be transcoding the audio to the player - I keep getting a message of 'Audio Codec not Supported' all the while the video is playing marvellously. After a little fiddling, I noticed that it did not seem to be transcoding anything. It's just serving the files in the same way that AllShare would.
I am using the Samsung C series/players profile, as it seemed to fit the bill best.

As you can see, I've tried a couple of different things. The basic issue seems to be that it's not trying to transcode anything I push through it, it's just feeding it through. It seems to affect Ogg and AVC profiled video and audio. I tried adding 'AVC' to the transcoding specs, but I have had no luck. I suspect I just don't know what I'm doing.
