Total noob, can't find the answer!

Im sure you all read this ALL the time but I'm confused on how to use Serviio. I looked @ the wiki and I've managed to add the portable HD I want my TV to share (it hasll my movies and pictures on it). Now I'm a little lost on what I do from here? I have a Samsung 64inch F8500. On the status window I've set its profile as "C/D/E/F-Series". How do I then start viewing the folders on my tv or even begin streaming movies?
