Issues connecting 40F6400 to Serviio
Hello,
I have successfully installed Serviio to my PC running WinXP SP3 and I can see my Samsung TV in the console with IP 192.168.1.106. PC is connected to the wireless router using LAN cable and my TV is connected to WLAN . The problem is that I cannot see Serviio media server from my TV even though Serviio service is running on PC with IP 192.168.1.104. Also, when I check for nearby DLNA devices in Smart Hub, it says there is no DLNA devices that could be connected. Maybe I'm doing it all in a wrong way....
BTW, I don't have any firewalls installed, there is only Avast free version installed on my PC. Does my PC need to be connected to the local network using WLAN only or it can be connected using ethernet cable as well?
