I am new to serviio, looked and can't find where I am going wrong. I can access my movies and music if i am connected to my houses wifi network using Serviio Pro V 1.3.1 on my desktop and Serviigo 3.1.1. on my Mobile devices. I can see the files if I use http:23424/mediabrowser/ while away from home, can't play from website due to Flash. My problem is I can't play them on my mobile devices, Samsung S4 Active and Samsung Tab 7.0 both running Android 4.2.2, unless I am at home. Where I am going wrong on setup of the program to use it to watch my movies or listen to my music while away from home. I cannot get anything other than a red X on the "Check Connectivity Status' Remote page. Getting frustrated I paid for the Pro and can't use it away from home.
Thank you in advance

Papa

The fact that you can get access to Mediabrowser remotely (as can I or anyone else....you may want to hide your remote access address) means that your ports are forwarded correctly.

This would suggest it's an issue with ServiiGo on those devices that cannot get access. I'm not a user - wish I was - is there a place to check that you are using your external IP address rather than the internal one? Probably best to ask will on the ServiiGo topic if he doesn't pick it up here.
