Problem with BD-F5100/PE

Hi, I have problem with bluray BD-F5100/PE, log show:

What does this mean: does not have access to the server

In status console name device show: unrecognized device
in profle: Generic DLNA profile

Bluray BD-F5100 not is recognized for serviio?

Check the device in the console's status tab and make sure it's enabled (ie it has access to the server)

Why not recognize the device by Serviio or why not shown in "device spy" my bluray?

The main problem is that when playing a video in bluray stays loading and then appears that the format is not recognized.

Or it plays the video but too slow.

The bluray what I have connected to the wired lan

Please post detailed log of when you play a file that fails.
