Samgsung Smart TV~ Serviio not working

Hey guys! Quick problem here.

I'd been using Serviio for about a year now and it's been great, never had an issue until last month we were sent a new router by our internet provider~ Ever since setting it up, I can't get Serviio to work at all!

Even when I do a fresh reinstall, on the Status screen it's only bringing up one listed device that it says is unrecognised (Orange light). When I first got Serviio, everything just worked perfectly without me having to really do anything but now that's all I get.

Is there any kind of set-up or anything I could try? I love Serviio and don't want to lose it >.<

probably the router is blocking your multicast traffic or has some kind of firewall

also check any upnp settings

i am having this same problem. srviio working fine up until a few days ago; now neither of the tvs find serviio in their list of devices. ive opened the ports on the firewall as per serviio faq (i think). please can you help?!

have you checked the settings from your old router and compared it to the new one? I was having problems when I had a talktalk router but since ive changed to Virgin and got myself a TP-Link N900 my problems are gone!
