Hello,

I have a HT-F5550 BD player surround set,
and i have set up 3 folders with movies and series,
1 folder with movies and 1 folder with the series in it show perfect al the content....(23 mkv movies with dvd cover, and 80 episodes of SOA)
but the first folder i setup has 114 folders of movies in there...but only showing 61...
is there a limit to the amount of folders? evry time when i try to setup new....the same moviefolder gives only 61 instead of 114...
(evry folder has 1 or more subfolders with dvd covers etc.)
i tried to setup as Generic DLNA Profile...and as Samsung player F series...both same result...
and i tried to refresh...and refresh video metadata....both without result....

did i overlook something...or am i doing something wrong? (maybe to much folders?)

This could have numerous causes (and no, not the number of folders) - file/folder permissions, file types not supported by your device, metadata not being collected, to name a few. Some questions:

  • Are they all the same file types as the ones being found?
  • Do the files appear under the "Folder" category?
  • Do they appear in MediaBrowser?
Have a look at your detailed log while doing a library refresh and see if that sheds any light on what is happening

Hello,

sorry its bin a while....

i checked all the folders.....and the files....
NO...they dont show in the "Folder" category....its the only one i use...
and all the folders that are missing, are with iso files in them....
i printed the movie list...checked all the movies that were there....and the rest i checked 1 by 1....all iso files...
