Hi.
New guy on this forum from Sweden.
Hope you have som understandning that my english isn´t allways the best.

Now to the problem. I´ve been surfing around in the forum a little and reading a little about my problem. But the thing is that i didn´t find any solution.
I´ve tried to run mkv with .srt file. Theay have of course the same namne in one folder. But when i play it i cant get the subs using the tools on my remote. Buyt when i run the same files via USB in my BD it works fine. When pressing tools i can choose subs.
What shall i do? Is there something i can do in for example settings?

I have the latest firmware (updated today feb 16) in my BD. Have Serviio 0.4.2. The reason i have that one and not 0.5 is that i´ve read in here somwhere that just that version works with mkv files. I´ve had some problems running mkv when i had 0.5. Therfore did i change version.

Would be greateful for som answers if u have any.

The tools menu won't work. If the file is there next to the mkv and has the same name and you have the Samsung C profile selected it should just be displayed.

Thanx for your answer. But i have exacly thoose things u say, but it doesn´t work anyway. What else is there to do?

Can you post detailed log of when you attempt to play the file?

How do i do that? I´m not competely "stupid" regarding computers, but this one i don´t knew how to do.
