serviio cannot find tv

I'd like to watch twitch.tv-streams on my samsung smart tv and adding those to my library works fine. The issue I have right now is that serviio cannot find my tv (panel: status), there is just a white and empty collum. My TV cant find serviio neither ( smarthub-button -> videos). I couldnt find anyone having the same issue as I have right now and I hope for a quick response.
