No Serviio after PC restart.

Serviio works fine untill i restart my PC then my samsung H series won't see it. I have to uninstall then restall. I have tried setting the start up to delayed start but the pc just displays the message invalid parameters?
Is it a problem with eset? Can anyone help?
Update: I have just found that my samsung ue32h5500 still see's seviio but the UE48HU7500 4k tv doesn't.
